Chargebacks & Abuse Policy
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first prevents us from helping resolve the issue and may be considered abuse of our terms.

Subscriptions
For subscription-based products, you may cancel at any time through your account settings on elevenpercent.net. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges.
