Does Shake V2 include Shake V1 Presets?

No, Shake It Up V2 has entirely new and different presets compared to Shake It Up V1. Shake It Up V2 has a bigger emphasis on transitions while Shake It Up V1 has presets made directly for applying to longer clips.

Does this pack work in 4K Sequences?

Yes, it does work in 4K sequences but you MUST use a 1920 x 1080 Adjustment layer to apply the effects. Scale up the adjustment layer by 200% to have the preset affect the entire frame.
